If you get divorced in Texas and then move to another state, do you have to go back to have child custody revised? Do you have to notify the court that you are leaving the state with said child? If the child has lived with and attended school for the last year with the non conservative parent, can the child continue to live there or does the court have to be petioned for this? Can the court be petioned via mail or online, or does it have to be done in person?
