I live in Louisiana and I'm divorced. Child support has not been set yet because the father lives in Miss and he keeps trying to avoid me .I have tried social services with no avail. The state won't pursue it because they say he lives in Miss not in La. How do i go about trying to get some kind of child support set? I need help please. He is in the national guard if that helps you. Thanks Charlotte
