From your net monthly income, deduct social security and Federal income taxes, any union dues, and the amount you pay for the child's health insurance. This is the amount which your child support obligation will be determined by.
Typically, you would pay 25% of this amount for one child. However, because you are paying support for two children, this amount is reduced. With support paid to two biological children, and one child to be determed in this calculation, you would pay 16% of the above referenced amount.
