Obtaining custody as a non-drug using father from a

I am from fort st john british columbia. i am trying to retain whats left of my sanity from a poor relationship.
My question is:As my sons biological father what rights do i have if the mother is very,very addicted to smoking marijuana. I have investigated the effects on the adult brain when inhaled. By what right does she have to maintain full custody, no access to son and still smoke indoors?
