hey...I was wondering how I can get temporary custody of my grand-daughter. Her mother is willing to give me custody because she is not stable to take care of her. How do I go about doing that and can I do it without a lawyer? The mother is willing to sign over rights to the child and I need to know how I go about getting the papers and getting it legalized.              Thanks   what is this offer thing?
