I’m filling for divorce from my wife. I am in the military and I hold a Delaware driver’s license. Delaware is my home of record for the military. I currently live in Salisbury,MD and I am stationed at Wallops Island Virginia. I have only been here for 4 months. I lived in Florida for the past 4 1/2 years. Can I file for divorce in Delaware since I still pay Delaware state taxes and hold a Delaware driver’s license?
