I'm going to get a divorce someday and I live in a community property state GA, but I don't want my wife to lay claim to half the software and service company I built and generates revenue off of the work I do. She does nothing. How can I arrange things so that I don't have to "work for her" the rest of my life ?

How long are you willing to wait before you file and do you have a trusted friend, really trusted, that you could work with? Preferably a friend who is not married.
