my wife and i have been separated for about 9 months and she says she has filed for divorce but has not served me yet. what could she possibly be considering?. what are my best chances of convincing her that it will be different since i simply did not pay enough attention to her complains and truthfully from the bottom of my heart,i deeply feel we can make it and i wish things are not this far because i believe i can now be what she needs in a marriage?

I have tried most of these. I sent flowers and cards. I asked to take my daughter out and she could join. I have not asked her alone for a date because she keeps saying all I want is to get her back and rather to concentrate on our child. she is not allowing me to come do things with the child. I just dont know how else to sincerely let her know my determination to makethis work.
