My husband's ex-wife was ordered by the court to fix

My husband's ex-wife was ordered by the court to fix up the house and put it on the market by March 2007. She has done nothing towards getting this accomplished. However, my husband doesn't have any more money to pay his attorney's retainer to take it to court for contempt. Is this something that he could handle himself by filing a form, etc.? Does he have any way of getting this resolved?

A motion for contempt is a very specialized motion and not one that usually has forms that can be easily filled out. I find no such forms for Virginia. However, you may be able to use your case heading and, to some degree, come up with your own form by looking at the Motion hearing forms used in West Virginia which are at the links below
