background to my question;                                        & nbsp;             the mother of my two kids and i are in a custody and visitation dispute. Currently we have joint legal custody but i have physical custody.                                        &n bsp;                                          my question;                                        & nbsp;                                   if she tells me during a phone conversation that she is tape recording are conversation and that she is going to record all are conversations untill are next court date,I respond by saying "GO AHEAD I DON''T CARE" ,but she only produces a recording of that same conversation. i on the other hand did record every conversation we had.Since on the one recording she stated that all are conversations will be recorded are my tapes submisable in court

ALLOW ME TO GIVE SOME MORE INSITE TO MY QUESTION INORDER FOR ME TO GET A BETTER ANSWER.WE BOTH DONT HAVE ATTORNEYS AND IN PRO PER. ARE CASE IS IN CA.FROM WHAT UNDERSTAND EACH STATE HAS DIFFERANT INTERPATIONS OF THE LAW.MOST IMPORTANT THE JUDGE HAS ALREADY AGREED TO HEAR HER RECORDING.
